In our team, you will support and develop the following tasks:

1. Quality assurance of the assigned projects in Aerospace, Homeland Security & Defence, Transport & Mobility sectors.
2. Quality control of assigned projects across research, products, and services.
3. Collaboration in the preparation of proposals.
4. Planning and execution of internal Quality Management System (QMS) audits.
5. Active participation in process improvement (CMMI, SPICE), providing expert judgments.
6. Supporting GMV staff in the deployment of the QMS.
7. Assisting the Quality Director in deploying the Company Quality Policy.

WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?

We are looking for individuals with a HND or higher/equivalent qualification in a STEM subject, with training and interest in ISO 9001 and Quality Assurance in aerospace and defense sectors. Previous experience with documentation, proficiency in English reading and writing are required.

Valuable additional experience includes knowledge in Software Engineering, CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration), SPICE (ISO 15504), AQAP 2110, 2210, and EN 9100. Understanding of, and ability to maintain, quality management systems, control, assurance, standards, and problem-solving skills are essential.

This role involves working in the UK defence sector. Applicants must already hold SC security clearance or be able to obtain it under UKSV requirements.
