Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Data Architect with 7+ years of proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise-scale data architecture and governance. This role involves shaping and aligning data solutions with business and user needs, working collaboratively across multi-disciplinary teams.

Core Responsibilities

• Design and maintain data architecture aligned with enterprise standards and business goals
• Collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions
• Translate business problems into effective data architecture and models
• Guide the development of metadata, standards, and data governance practices
• Lead data profiling and analysis to ensure clarity and usability for end users
• Promote innovation by identifying and integrating new tools and techniques
• Support strategic planning through architecture insight and recommendations

Essential Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in data architecture, modelling, and governance
• Proficiency in designing and updating enterprise data models
• Experience with data profiling, metadata management, and data standards
• Strong communication skills for engaging across technical and non-technical teams
• Strategic thinking with a practical approach to problem-solving
• Ability to present insights and visuals that inform and influence decisions
