About The Role

Bvlgari Hotel London, one of the city’s most prestigious luxury destinations, is seeking an experienced IT Director to lead all technology operations across the property. This is a key leadership position responsible for ensuring world‑class digital performance, robust security, and innovative tech solutions that elevate the guest experience and support hotel operations.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee all hotel IT systems, networks, hardware, and software
• Lead the hotel’s technology strategy while ensuring alignment with brand standards
• Manage and mentor the on‑site IT team and external vendors
• Ensure the highest levels of cybersecurity, data protection, and system reliability
• Partner with department heads to improve efficiency and guest‑facing technology
• Plan and execute technology upgrades, integrations, and digital innovation projects
• Maintain compliance with corporate, legal, and industry requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Proven leadership experience in IT within luxury hospitality or a similar high‑end environment
• Strong knowledge of hotel PMS, POS, telephony, networking, and cybersecurity
• A strategic thinker with hands‑on technical expertise
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments
• Passion for delivering exceptional service and maintaining luxury brand standards
