Finance Director

London (Hybrid) | High-growth SaaS | £100,000 - £120,000 + Bonus & Equity

We’re looking for a sharp, commercially minded Finance Leader to drive financial strategy, lead operations, and shape the future of an ambitious tech company that's transforming the employee benefits space.

Your Mission:

Reporting to the CEO, you’ll be a trusted partner to the leadership team—bringing clarity to decision-making through insightful financial planning and overseeing smooth day-to-day finance operations as the business scales.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning
• Build and deliver financial reports, dashboards, board packs, and investor updates
• Partner on pricing, commercial strategy, and growth initiatives
• Oversee invoicing, billing, and revenue recognition
• Ensure financial compliance, optimise cash flow, and drive process improvements

Experience Required:

• Qualified accountant ACA/ACCA with 3-4 years post qualified experience
• Experience leading finance in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Strong FP&A skills, SaaS metrics knowledge
• Hands-on exposure to fundraising and investor relations.
• Confident communicator with a strategic mindset and strong modelling skills
• A collaborative leader with a track record of building and guiding teams
