This role is a permanent position with a salary up to £35,000, supporting 1st line IT operations across a boutique law firm in Chancery Lane.

Overview

The IT Analyst will be part of a close-knit team, gaining exposure to all areas of IT support with a primary focus on 1st line support.

Key Responsibilities

• Creating and setting up new users
• Managing IT issues via the firm's ticketing system within SLA requirements
• Supporting with imaging and repairing hardware
• Performing a range of other 1st line focused duties

Qualifications

Approximately one year of IT experience in a legal or professional services environment.
