A leading global client of ours, based in London, is offering an exciting opportunity for an ambitious IT Engineer to join a forward-thinking, tech-driven environment. With a 97% Google Workspace footprint and a strong investment in high-quality talent, this role is perfect for someone eager to grow and work with cutting-edge infrastructure.

What You'll Be Doing

• Act as a senior escalation point for complex IT support issues across hardware, software, and SaaS environments.
• Manage and administer Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) – if not certified, you must be willing to study and pass the Google Workspace Administrator exam within your probation period (40-hour study commitment).
• Provide macOS support and device management using Jamf – strong emphasis on this.
• Support and enhance the global Cisco Meraki infrastructure spanning 17+ locations, including a 700+ person London office.
• Lead and contribute to the implementation, migration, or introduction of new technical solutions and concepts.
• Collaborate with internal teams and manage stakeholders effectively.
• Ensure compliance with technical and security standards, including ISO 27001, Security+, and internal policies.
• Maintain documentation and support IT governance aligned with ITIL 4 practices.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as an IT Engineer or Infrastructure Support Specialist in a mixed OS environment.
• Strong experience with:
• Google Workspace administration (or willing to certify during probation)
• Jamf and macOS device management
• Cisco Meraki (on-premise networking and infrastructure)
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to drive change, implement new systems, and improve IT processes
• Knowledge of or certifications in:
• ISO 27001
• ITIL v4
