IT Infrastructure and Cloud Manager – Microsoft 365 – Azure – Intune – Entra – Data Governance – Permanent – London

Our client is seeking a proven IT Infrastructure & Cloud Manager to join their team in London. This is a permanent role that plays a key pivotal part in the growth and development of their IT departments.

Responsibilities

• Managing, supporting and maintaining the company’s infrastructure, including networks and software systems.
• Line management of a current IT service desk engineer.
• Provide suggestion and input into architectural decision making alongside the IT team.
• Ensure the company’s infrastructure and data are backed up, secure and compliant with regulations (GDPR).
• Regular testing of company’s IT security systems.
• Maintain supplier relationships, planning effective purchasing of hardware and software licences.
• Working with wider department, ensuring systems and functionality are documented.
• Supporting the rest of the IT team when required.

Qualifications

• Microsoft certified at Associate level in Azure, Microsoft 365 or Microsoft Security.
• Proven working experience as an IT infrastructure manager.
• Experience in running IT infrastructure projects, such as file migration to M365 and migration of legacy applications to Azure.
• Excellent knowledge of technical management and hardware/software systems including Microsoft Azure and 365 Cloud services.
• Knowledge and experience in Data Governance.
• Hands‑on experience with computer networks (switches, routing and security apps).
