Salesforce Developer Contract | 6 months | Outside IR35 | £400-£500 per day

I'm looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join a transformation programme within the water utilities sector. This is a hybrid contract role, offering flexibility while requiring occasional on-site work in Sussex.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Components, and Visualforce
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems relevant to the water industry (e.g. asset management, billing, GIS)
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate water-sector requirements into technical solutions
• Support data migration, system configuration, and deployment activities
• Ensure solutions align with industry best practices and compliance standards

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer (minimum 4 years)
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience
• Experience working in or with clients in the water sector (utilities, infrastructure, or environmental services)
• Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and API integrations
• Familiarity with Agile delivery, CI/CD pipelines, and version control tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
