Senior L8 Remedial Engineer

In this position, you will deliver a variety of planned maintenance and servicing tasks across commercial and domestic water systems, ensuring full compliance with L8 ACOP legislation.
You will work on systems of varying complexity, applying your expertise to maintain industry benchmark standards while supporting the safety and well-being of our clients., Carry out monitoring, remedial cleaning, chemical testing, and minor plumbing/mechanical tasks to support Legionella control programmes.
Implement water management controls in line with L8 and HSG274 regulations.
Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance across client sites.
Follow weekly/monthly PPM schedules and adhere to supported route planning.
Work across a variety of site types, including offices and laboratories.
Ensure compliance with clients' agreed water safety and control requirements.
Maintain accurate records of all inspections, tests, and maintenance activities.
Technical background in plumbing or related field advantageous.
Experience in Compliance Servicing, Legionella Monitoring, or Water Treatment desirable.
Understanding of water systems and treatment processes.
Basic IT skills, preferably with Microsoft Office.
Strong organisational and time management abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Excellent customer service skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach., Disability Confident
