We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect to lead the design, development, and governance of our ServiceNow platform, with a particular focus on Configuration Management Database (CMDB) architecture and integration. This is a hands-on leadership role that involves strategic planning, technical design, and team support across multiple facets of the ServiceNow environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop logical and physical data models for the CMDB.
• Architect data federation strategies, identifying and verifying data sources including external systems.
• Guide and support ServiceNow developers in configuring, maintaining, and operating the CMDB.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including data models, data federation strategies, CMDB management procedures, and role definitions.
• Deliver project status updates and create training materials and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Execute and maintain configuration management plans and processes, including training activities and physical configuration audits.
• Lead the development of automation within IT service management.
• Act as the technical lead for all new web services and integration capabilities on the ServiceNow platform.
• Support and improve all data integrations to and from ServiceNow.
• Oversee incident ticket resolution and work closely with vendors as needed.
• Review and approve technical design specifications and enforce development methodologies, including continuous integration and test coverage.
• Maintain solution integrity throughout delivery phases, managing scope, change requests, and delivery quality.
• Stay current with industry trends and modern software delivery practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Technical Architect or similar role.
• Deep understanding of CMDB architecture and configuration.
• Experience leading integration and automation initiatives on the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong background in web services and system integration.
• Demonstrated ability to support a team of developers, offering guidance and enforcing development best practices.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and configuration management principles.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage vendor relationships and resolve escalated technical issues.
