You’ll work closely with our teams across customer, retail, marketing & data to design technology solutions that are smart, scalable, and deliver real value to our colleagues and customers. What you’ll do:

• Partner with business and technology teams to design end to end solutions that meet our needs for now and in the future.

• Ensure solutions align with our architecture principles, roadmaps and security standards.

• Provide technical leadership through the full delivery lifecycle.

• Translate business needs into clear, achievable technical designs.

• Stay curious - spotting opportunities to innovate and improve.

Required Skils:

• Experience in public cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).

• Experience in multi-million user systems, auto-scaling, database sharding, performance monitoring, and resilience patterns.

Desirable Skills:

• Customer data platforms, real-time personalisation engines, campaign management, and third-party integrations.

• Points engines, tier management, redemption workflows, transaction processing, and omnichannel reward experiences.

About you

• Proven experience in solution architecture across complex enterprise environments

• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and integration patterns
