As a Solutions Architect at Mapp, a marketing technology cloud company, you will act as a Mapp Cloud subject matter expert and trusted technical advisor to our internal teams and clients. You’ll be responsible for designing, leading, and delivering data integrations and solutions that enable clients to fully leverage our platform across their marketing technology stack.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about connecting data, technology, and marketing strategy—especially in eCommerce environments. You’ll guide customers through scoping, technical discovery, feasibility analysis, and end-to-end solution architecture. Your ability to align technical and business goals will ensure clients see measurable success quickly and sustainably

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Lead technical discovery and scoping sessions to assess business requirements, define use cases, determine project feasibility, and design end-to-end digital marketing solutions based on customer goals.
• Consult on best practices for eCommerce integrations, customer journey orchestration, and campaign personalisation.
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and stable solutions that fit within the client’s existing infrastructure, using API-based integrations, supporting both real-time and batch data use cases.
• Lead integration efforts with customer-owned and third-party systems, enabling data integration into Mapp marketing cloud, collaborating with client engineering teams to support these integrations across all channels.
• Optimise data ingestion pipelines to bring client-owned and external data sources into the marketing cloud in a reliable and efficient way.

Implementation & Enablement

• Translate client requirements into actionable implementation plans, including architecture diagrams, scopes of work, and timelines.
• Deliver technical enablement through documentation, in-person or remote workshops, and ongoing technical consulting.
• Drive pilots and POCs (proof of concepts) that validate solution feasibility and suitability for clients.
• Troubleshoot technical issues during onboarding and integrations, act as a liaison between the client and internal engineering, product, and support teams to resolve issues and remove technical blockers.
• Proactively guide clients toward long-term solution optimisation, ensuring technical alignment with evolving business goals.

THE ASSETS YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:

• 3-5 years of experience in solution architecture, technical consulting, integrating technologies used in digital marketing, eCommerce, MarTech environments.
• Experience designing API-based integrations and working with tools such as REST, XML, and JSON.
• Experience with data architecture, third-party data integrations, and CDPs (Customer Data Platforms).
• Demonstrated success working in cross-functional teams and engaging with client’s technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, scalable architecture design, and digital marketing best practices.

Technical Experience

• REST APIs, XML, JSON
• Python, Relational Databases understanding, (Nice to have - SQL, NoSQL)
• (Nice to have - Flutter, React-Native, Android SDK, iOS SDK)
• Experience integrating platforms like Shopify, Magento, Zapier
