Clinical Deployment Lead
New Today
Your mission is to help us deliver a Human Digital Twin
Healthcare systems face growing pressure to do more with limited resources. To address this, we must shift towards proactive healthcare - prioritising early detection and prevention.
We have insane access to data across millions of patients in real-time. What would you do? We're building insights that support clinical teams predict emerging risks in their patients. They can't live without them as it saves them time, improves patient outcomes, and drives hospital performance.
We are the only class IIb certified AI-Clinical Decision Support tool (EU:MDR) and have deep integration and distribution partnerships with hospital IT providers (EPRs), enabling rapid scale across hundreds of hospitals.
About the role
You'll be the face of our MEMORI in our partner hospital sites - ensuring safe, smooth deployment, and embedding our AI-CDS tool into daily clinical practice. This means managing a portfolio of deployments, delivering change, training and supporting clinicians, and feeding structured insights back into our product and regulatory teams.
You'll report to our Chief Medical Officer and work closely with product, clinical, engineering, regulatory and commercial colleagues, as well as our local, regional and national partners. You'll champion digital change, ensure governance and benefits realisation, and run usability studies to support on-going product development.
This is a high impact, travel heavy role, requiring confidence in both frontline clinical settings and complex programme delivery.
What you'll do
Deployment & adoption:
- Lead MEMORI delivery across multiple Trusts as main contact, ensuring strong governance, monitoring, milestone tracking and reporting.
- Deliver training, onboarding, and workflow integration, supporting clinicians during go-live to drive adoption and embed MEMORI into daily use.
- Collaborate with local teams and Sanome colleagues on governance and AI-CDS clinical guidelines.
- Plan and manage deployment change programmes, reporting on progress, costs, benefits, and outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with clinical, operational, IT, and governance.
- Champion safe AI adoption and digital transformation through Trust committees and industry events.
- Run usability sessions in line with product and regulatory requirements.
- Capture and document clinician feedback and use-related risks.
- Gather patient and family experience feedback during process observations.
You must apply if:
- You're a band 8a + Advanced Clinical Practitioner (Nurse, AHP) or programme manager, with experience in acute or community Trusts.
- Love delivering digital health solutions and leading digital transformation or clinical deployments, EPR integrations are a plus.
- You obsess about safe AI deployment and embedding solutions deep into clinical workflows.
- You're a wizard in programme and change management and love juggling multiple projects by balancing on-site presence with remote oversight.
- You know that trust is hard-earned from HCA's and executive.
- Fast-paced environments excite you and you don't wait for perfect information before you act.
- Most importantly: Putting a smile on a user's face, is the biggest success.
- Experience in usability engineering and human factors, including user research, risk analysis, evaluation, and documentation to support compliance, regulatory submissions, and post-market surveillance.
- You find regulatory and safety frameworks fun (ISO 62366, IEC 62304, EU MDR, FDA, MHRA).
We're at a defining moment - building core products, shaping regulatory pathways, and proving real-world value. This may well be the defining moment of your career, where your input will directly influence the trajectory of the company, the product, and patient outcomes. In 5 years, others will say "I wish I had joined then". We're building the clinical intelligence platform - deeply embedded in clinical workflows and, over time, personalised to ultimately build your Human Digital Twin.
We're open to candidates at different stages of their career - whether you're early and ready to level up fast, or highly experienced and looking to take ownership in a mission-driven startup.
