Head of IT – London – Hybrid - £70,000 - £75,000 pa Head of IT / Strategy / IT / Artificial Intelligence / Microsoft 365 / Digital / Data / Technology Our client is looking for a Head of IT who will lead in the development and delivery of Technology, Digital and Data strategies across the organisation. You will be responsible for creating a robust 3 year strategic plan for how to utilise technology efficiently and efficiently, which supports the aims of the business. You will create a long-term IT roadmap that supports the growth and innovation of our clients strategic plan. The role:

Lead in the development of a multiyear technology strategy. Lead the design, development and continuous improvement of technology platforms, applications and services. Define the AI adoption strategy, champion the safe use of AI, create and update a comprehensive AI policy. Oversee the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of our clients infrastructure.

Experience:

Experience managing and developing complex IT strategies, projects and teams. Experience working with SaaS cloud-based systems and service providers. Worked with the Microsoft stack including Microsoft 365, Dynamics and Business Central. Proven record of keeping up to date with and applying new technologies such as AI. Excellent communication skills and strong leadership experience. A strategic thinker who is proactive, positive and takes a performance focussed approach. Experience in the charity / non-profit sector would be advantageous but not essential.
