What’s the role about?

As an Implementation Engineer, you will work on projects critical to our clients' success. Our implementation engineers are versatile leaders who enthusiastically take on new challenges as we push our technology forward. Working within the implementation team, you will be at the core of all activities. In collaboration with the Customer Success, Product Development, and AI Innovation teams, you will help design and implement business and technical requirements for ContactEngine deployments in Market Trials and Production releases.

• A degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, STEM, or related fields
• Basic knowledge of programming languages and data structures
• Knowledge of data analysis and SQL
• Curiosity and a passion for learning
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment

Preferred qualifications:

Experience with cloud technologies, contact center solutions, or AI is a plus.

At NICE, we offer a flexible hybrid work model: 2 days in the office and 3 days remote each week. Office days focus on face-to-face collaboration to foster innovation and teamwork.
