Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days home)Contract: Full-time, PermanentOur client is seeking a Technology Business Partner (Associate) to support the alignment of business needs with technology solutions across the organisation. Reporting into the Business Partner Team Lead, this role works closely with London-based teams to help coordinate and support the delivery of technology initiatives.This role is suited to someone with early experience in project coordination, business analysis, PMO, or technology support who is looking to build foundational experience within a business partnering function.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Business Partner Team Lead in coordinating technology-related initiativesAct as a day-to-day contact for assigned workstreams, ensuring actions are tracked and followed upAssist in gathering business requirements and documenting processes under guidanceMaintain project documentation including RAID logs, action trackers, and status updatesSupport communication between business stakeholders and technology teamsContribute to workshops and working sessions, taking notes and capturing outputsAssist in identifying process improvement opportunities through structured analysisSupport user adoption activities including documentation, training materials, and feedback collectionTrack progress against milestones and escalate risks or issues where appropriateRequired Experience1–3 years’ experience in a project support, PMO, business analysis, IT support, or similar roleExperience supporting technology or change initiatives in a coordination capacityExposure to requirements gathering, documentation, or process mappingExperience working with internal stakeholdersFamiliarity with core business systems and Microsoft tools (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)Formal project management qualifications are not required but beneficialSkills & AttributesStrong organisational and administrative skillsDetail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrentlyClear written and verbal communication skillsWillingness to learn and develop in a business partnering environmentProactive and dependable, with good follow-throughCollaborative team player with a supportive mindsetComfortable working with structured processes and governance frameworksThis is a strong opportunity for someone looking to grow into a Technology Business Partner role, gaining exposure to a wide range of stakeholders and technology initiatives in a supportive environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
