Executive Business Manager/Information Governance Manager We are looking for a IT Manager to join our Platform Services team. You will need demonstrable and proven experience as an IT manager or similar role. You should have technical expertise in network administration and data governance, as well as excellent leadership, customer service, and team management skills. You should be committed to ongoing professional development to stay current with evolving technologies. Contract period: Permanent Reporting to: Chief Financial Officer Team: Platform Services Location: Oxford / hybrid working. This role will be required to attend the office on a regular basis depending on work activities. Must be based within the UK. In this role In this role, you will:
Lead the development and delivery of the organisation's IT roadmap Set, manage, and forecast the IT budget Manage relationships with external IT partners Oversee IT systems and network infrastructure Maintain compliance with ISO 27001, ISO 27701, Cyber Essentials/Cyber Essentials Plus, and the NHS Data Security and Protection Toolkit Provide day-to-day IT support and troubleshooting for all user groups Plan and deliver IT projects, upgrades, and improvements
About you You should have:
Proven experience as an IT manager or similar role Technical expertise in network administration and data governance Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively Experience of providing good customer service Proficiency in budgeting and strategic planning Experience of installing and configuring software applications and in setting up and installing hardware Excellent leadership and team management skills Able to work with a high level of autonomy Excellent communication and writing skills
