Serve as the main liaison for customers throughout Professional Services projects, from initiation through delivery. Manage and issue order forms, ensuring accurate documentation and tracking of all project elements. Keep CRM (HubSpot) and ERP systems up to date with project progress and details. Coordinate and schedule meetings between clients, technical engineers, and project managers. Ensure key deadlines and milestones are met through diligent project admin and communication.
