The Role

As a Service Delivery Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of IT and software services to Pentagon Solutions' clients. You will lead a team of 6 service professionals and oversee the daily operations of the service delivery function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and mentor a team of 6 service delivery staff.
• Ensure high standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of services.
• Monitor performance metrics, SLAs, and KPIs to continuously improve service.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance service efficiency and quality.
• Act as the primary escalation point for service-related issues.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as a Service Delivery Manager or similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Background in delivering services for a software or tech company is a significant advantage.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
