Leading and continually expanding organisation is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Support Engineer to assist in the day-to-day running of their IT operations.

Location: Basingstoke (Onsite) Salary: £25-35k

Interesting and varied role including: 1st & 2nd line support for software, systems and hardware issues Provide in-person deskside support and basic training Device Management Asset management Managing meeting rooms and related AV / media equipment Preparing equipment for new joiners Creating / maintaining guides and documentation

Key skills they are looking for include: Experience in a busy enterprise IT Support environment (1st - 2nd Line) Microsoft 365 Suite Intune Experience with Windows & MacOS Experience / interest in IT Projects Relevant IT studies e.g. BTEC / BSc.
