Site Support Technician – 1-Month Contract (Potential Extensions) Location: Bromborough, UK (Onsite)

Rate: Up to £220 per day (Inside IR35)

Start Date: 6th October

Duration: 1 Month (with potential for extension)

A leading global consultancy (name anonymised) is seeking Site Support Technicians to join an onsite deployment project in Bromborough, UK . This role offers a hands-on opportunity to provide IT support and maintenance within a fast-paced, enterprise environment.

Role Overview You will be responsible for delivering day-to-day technical support and maintenance for production and development systems, ensuring smooth IT operations and effective service delivery. The position involves both onsite and remote support across a range of technologies.

Key Responsibilities Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues Deliver end-user support across Windows 10 and Microsoft Office environments Build and configure new laptops, including imaging and deployment Diagnose and resolve desktop hardware faults Provide mobile support (iOS and Android) Offer basic printer setup and maintenance support Maintain a high standard of customer service and timely issue resolution

Requirements Proven background in IT support within a corporate or enterprise environment Strong technical knowledge of Windows 10, Microsoft Office Suite, and standard desktop technologies Experience with imaging processes and hardware builds Familiarity with mobile device and printer support Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
