You will play a key role in the transformation of Rates and Credit Fixed Income technology landscape. As part of our multi-year platform modernisation project, you will be responsible for building a suite of new, real-time, high-performance React applications supporting various trading workflows.

You will be involved in architecting solutions across the stack, encouraging best practices and working closely with Business stakeholders to build a maintainable, operationally efficient and scalable platform to last the next decade.

• Develop a suite of modern, real-time, high-performance React applications to support core rates and credit trading workflows
• Collaborate with backend engineers to design and deliver end-to-end solutions. Engage directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand workflows and rapidly deliver impactful features that improve business efficiency
• Promote best practices in front-end architecture, testing, CI/CD and code quality. Participate in code reviews to ensure high engineering standards across the team
• Play an important role in the modernization of the fixed income tech stack by influencing platform direction, and driving adoption of modern tooling and frameworks.

• Expertise in React and TypeScript - deep expertise in building complex, high-performance applications using modern front-end tooling (e.g. vite, nx, playwright)
• Strong System Architecture Fundamentals - proven ability to design scalable, maintainable, and modular front-end architectures, ensuring clean separation of concerns, optimal performance, and long-term platform sustainability
• Experience with Real-Time, Data-Driven applications - hands-on experience delivering low-latency, event-driven UIs that handle large, rapidly changing data sets, leveraging technologies such as WebSockets, SSE and Rx
• Collaboration Across the Stack - ability to work closely with backend engineers and product stakeholders to deliver cohesive, end-to-end solutions
