The Company

Databarracks is an IT Resilience managed service provider based in South West London. We do more than just protect technology – we enable our customers to get on with what they do best when the worst happens. We have grown substantially, winning new business and industry awards typical of companies many times our size. We did this by maintaining a small company ethos and hiring clever, motivated people who are invested in what they do and fun to be around.

We're a tight, focussed team, with the internal resources to provide meaningful opportunities for progression and on-the-job training. Some of our most senior staff members started in entry-level positions and have, through a combination of personal drive and internal support, made leaps up the career ladder.

The Role

Are you a networking genius with 10 years of experience supporting and enhancing networks and infrastructure?

If you’re up to date with the latest networking technologies and hungry for a new challenge in our data centre, join us to support this exciting project and help develop a high-performance network.

You'll be able to forge new relationships quickly and win the trust and respect of the team. You’ll work hand-in-hand with these internal teams to design, build, optimise and initially maintain robust and secure networking systems, supporting our core business services.

This is your chance to step into a role where strategy meets action, where your impact is seen (and felt) across the business. You won't just be networking – you’ll be influencing, collaborating and elevating the entire customer journey.
