The Platform Specialist team is essential to the business success, combining your ability to analyse data, optimise accounts and articulate this in clear and simple terms with clients, with a focus on driving client growth and delivering best in class customer service. You’ll be responsible and accountable for owning, growing and developing our key strategic accounts across EMEA represented by our London office.- Own and grow a book of business within the Leisure vertical, by making recommendations to clients on how to best optimise their campaigns to hit their business goals and get the most value from Apple’s advertising platforms, whilst also forging long-term partnerships.- Increase awareness and understanding of Apple’s advertising platforms throughout the industry by building connections with clients, agencies and partners.- Maintain a high-level of outreach via email, phone and meetings to ensure clients hit their business goals and objectives.- Work closely with your Manager & Client Partner team to ensure proper execution and alignment with customer objectives.- Plan ahead to help clients take advantage of the uplift in search volume that comes with seasonal and sporting events.- Utilise your experience in the sector to develop a strategy for long-term success across your portfolio of clients & prospects.- Act as a thought-leader within the category both internally and for clients and agencies.- Use internal & external data sets to understand how to best help grow your customers’ business.- Partner closely with your regional colleagues and other key stakeholders such as marketing and product, feeding back market sentiment on our products.- Be part of an inclusive and open team culture, with results focussed behaviours that ensures the business hits its revenue and customer satisfaction targets.
