We have a fantastic opportunity for a Product Analyst (PowerApps/M365) join our team based nationally with flexible working.The salary on offer is from £48,000with eligibility for our annual 10% bonus.

This will be an 18 month FTC

About the role:

This role sits within the Microsoft Product team, reporting to the Microsoft Product Owner. You will focus on the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), while providing support for other M365 tools where required.

You will act as part of the resolver group for the Power Platform, ensuring these services are stable, compliant, and delivering measurable value. For Power Platform, you will support issue resolution, drive adoption, and help embed solutions across the organisation.

At least 1 years experience supporting Power Apps is essential. SharePoint experience is desirable.

Key Responsibilities

Power Platform

Act as the primary contact for Power Apps and Power Automate issue resolution, triaging tickets, categorising issues, and carrying out root cause analysis.

Identify and address recurring issues, proposing long-term fixes to improve stability and performance.

Monitor ticket trends, system performance, and usage patterns; produce dashboards and reports to inform the roadmap.

Work with developers, business analysts, vendors, and M365 teams to resolve issues and deliver enhancements.

Maintain documentation, FAQs, and user training materials.

Identify and deliver automation opportunities to streamline operations and reduce manual effort.

Gather and act on user feedback to improve usability and adoption.

M365

Provide second-line support for M365 apps such as SharePoint, Teams, Lists, Forms, and OneDrive, including configuration and issue resolution.

Monitor and respond to incoming M365 support tickets, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.

Collaborate with product colleagues to drive adoption, communicate product vision, and support change initiatives.

Engage with end users to understand needs, gather feedback, and inform product improvements.

Contribute to the evaluation and launch of new features, ensuring service readiness and appropriate training and support materials.

Maintain and grow Subject Matter Expert knowledge in Power Platform and M365 applications to support the wider Digital & Data team.

General

Support the Product Owner with insights from user feedback, analytics, and operational data.

Contribute to the product roadmap, highlighting opportunities for improvement and adoption.

Participate in agile development and change delivery with the Digital & Data team and stakeholders.

Maintain and grow Subject Matter Expert knowledge in Power Platform, M365, and related technologies.
