The Cloud Foundational Services (CFS) Product Line, part of Infrastructure Platforms, acts as the focal point across all of JPMC's cloud capabilities. It provides the central suite of tools and APIs that manage access to public cloud capabilities securely and compliantly. It also defines the developer experience to integrate cloud resources into a cohesive ecosystem and, in partnership with Enterprise Technology Product Lines and Lines of Business, promotes best practices for cloud implementation.

Shape the future of product delivery by crafting solutions that enhance and optimize customer experiences. Lead end-to-end processes, manage dependencies, and liaise with stakeholders as part of an innovative team.

As a Product Delivery Manager in CFS, you will work to improve and streamline product delivery to customers. You will create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful and organized implementations.

Job responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, operationalization, feasibility decisions, and performance reporting, while identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements
• Participate in defining the product component roadmap and backlog
• Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders to refine requirements, understand priorities, and provide feedback on delivery timelines
• Participate in quarterly planning with engineering teams
• Refine feature requests collaboratively with engineering
• Manage timelines and dependencies, monitor blockers, ensure proper resourcing, and coordinate with stakeholders
• Lead data-driven innovation to optimize the delivery lifecycle

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Experience in product delivery or related domain
• Strong understanding of delivery processes and continuous improvement
• Experience in release management, deployment strategies, and processes
• Effective communication and team-building skills
• Understanding of Public Cloud Providers, especially AWS; Azure and GCP are a plus

Additional qualifications

• Proficient in product development lifecycle, design, and data analytics
