Release Manager

Location: Woking, Surrey

Hybrid (Woking, 3 Days/Week)

Pyramid is looking for a Release Manager to join one of our fintech clients in Woking. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in coordinating secure, reliable, and compliant software releases across multiple teams in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Own the release calendar, roadmap, and readiness processes
• Ensure compliance with PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, GDPR
• Drive CI/CD adoption and release automation
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and retrospectives

What You’ll Bring:

• 4+ years in release or software delivery management
• Strong CI/CD and cloud experience (Azure preferred)
• Agile/DevOps mindset with excellent coordination skills
• Regulatory experience in fintech, payments, or risk systems
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and a natural problem-solver
