Pay Supplement: The base salary for this role is £46,677 - £59,353. This job qualifies for Digital, Data and Technology Annual Pay supplement 16% which is included in the total remuneration above.

Pension: 28.97% of base salary (RoS contribution)

Annual Leave: 38 days annual holiday, increasing to 42 days with length of service.

Duration: Permanent

Working Pattern: 35 hours per week. We are a flexible employer and will consider a variety of working patterns.

Location: Hybrid working. Our offices are based in Glasgow and Edinburgh. There is a requirement to attend the office regularly for workshops, planning sessions, and team days, as required by business needs.

The Role

We're looking for a strategic M365 leader to shape and deliver modern workplace solutions across SharePoint, Teams, Email, Power BI, and more. You'll drive platform strategy, champion adoption, and set best practices organisation-wide. You will act as a central decision-maker for M365 platform strategy, championing its adoption and promoting best practices across the organisation.

You will serve as the technical subject matter expert for our core collaboration solutions. Taking a lead role in managing service delivery, shaping strategic direction, architecting technical solutions, and implementing continuous improvements to enhance user experience and productivity.

On a typical day you will…

• Spot opportunities to modernise how RoS uses M365 tools
• Streamline processes to boost productivity and reduce manual effort
• Deliver smart solutions with SharePoint, Teams, Power BI, and Power Platform
• Collaborate with product managers, analysts, and UX to prioritise impactful work
• Partner with governance teams to mature our M365 platform
• Solve business challenges and showcase the value of modern workplace technology
• Identify tasks ripe for automation using PowerAutomate, PowerApps, or PowerBI
• Simplify tools by aligning M365 with existing platforms
• Mentor team members and guide strategic technical direction
• Bridge the gap between enablement and governance groups
• Shape best practices and architectural standards
• Present solutions to stakeholders and champion change
