As we scale, we are looking for a visionary and hands-on Senior IT Director to lead our technology infrastructure and digital operations across all group companies. Role Overview: As Senior IT Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of IT strategy, systems, security, and infrastructure across the organization. You’ll play a critical leadership role in ensuring our technology supports operational excellence, creative innovation, and data integrity, while enabling seamless collaboration across geographically distributed teams. Key Responsibilities: Define and execute a scalable IT roadmap aligned with business goals. Lead the modernization and integration of systems across business units. Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, enabling tech-driven decisions. Infrastructure & Operations Oversee network architecture, cloud environments, hardware, and software operations. Ensure high availability, performance, and resilience of all IT services. Standardize and optimize internal systems and workflows across the agency group. Cybersecurity & Compliance Own the organization’s cybersecurity end-to-end strategy— tech platforms, monitor, assess, and mitigate risks. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, ISO, SOC 2). Develop and enforce IT policies, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans. Service Management & Support Manage IT support functions, ensuring responsive and high-quality service to employees. Implement scalable helpdesk tools and processes as the organization grows. Evaluate and manage IT vendors, tools, licenses, and procurement. Develop and control the annual IT budget, tracking ROI and cost efficiency. Skills & Experience Required: 8–12+ years in IT leadership roles, preferably in a creative or digital agency environment. Proven experience in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), enterprise SaaS, and modern workplace tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, etc.). Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and IT governance. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional IT teams and manage third-party providers. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, ITIL, PMP, Microsoft/AWS certs) are a plus.
