We have an exciting new opportunity for a Senior ServiceNow Delivery Manager to join Robert Walters as a Consultant. As an employed Consultant, you will benefit from permanent employment with Robert Walters and will be deployed on an interim or project basis into our clients' organisations, in return we will provide you with the opportunity to develop your skills with ongoing training and professional accreditations.

We are seeking a Senior Delivery Manager with ServiceNow expertise to support a major digital infrastructure programme as part of an End User Computing function. This role involves overseeing the successful delivery of ServiceNow-based products and services-spanning areas such as ITSM, HRSD, SecOps and custom applications.

Working across multidisciplinary teams, the Senior Delivery Manager will ensure delivery is aligned to organisational goals, user needs and platform best practice.
The position sits within a complex technology environment, supporting more than 90,000 users across a national estate of 900+ sites. It is well-suited for candidates with strong Agile delivery credentials and ServiceNow platform knowledge.

Essential Skills/Experience:

• Substantial experience in a Delivery Manager or Senior Delivery Manager role, ideally within large public or enterprise environments
• Strong working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Kanban frameworks
• Proven experience delivering ServiceNow implementations across one or more domains (e.g. ITSM, HRSD, SecOps, CSM)
• Expertise in managing digital product delivery across the full lifecycle
• Track record of managing dependencies and risks across complex, multi-team delivery
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps principles and iterative delivery
• Understanding of enterprise or public sector delivery governance (e.g. GDS, ITIL)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical issues for non-technical audiences
• Experience managing budgets and external suppliers or vendors
• Ability to build collaborative, high-trust environments and drive performance in teams.
