What we are looking for:
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Social Producer who loves TV and Sport. Someone who has experience working with television production, who has produced social campaigns and has a working knowledge of managing a team to produce content for social media.
This is a client-facing role across an upcoming sports focused production, screening on a Sunday for 16 weeks and you will primarily manage the delivery of social creative content.
Working in collaboration with the UK Social Media Team, you will be helping produce high quality and engaging social creative and video content. Working across live television content, you will regularly need to attend the studio taping in London.
Responsibilities & Key Tasks
- Lead and manage account, building and maintaining the relationships
- Take client briefs and develop world-class content
- Oversee the planning, ideation, creation, and publication of digital and social content
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Social Media Managers to deliver effective, engaging campaign
- Ensure consistent content delivery aligned to the client's tone of voice and brand identity
- Assign tasks and manage the workload of team members
- Support junior staff with content publishing and editing
- Post and optimise digital content to maximise reach, engagement and performance across platforms
- Track and monitor project progress
- Attend in-person and online meetings and taping
- Maintain high standards of organisation, time management, and attention to detail across all deliverables
- Support the creative process by providing clear feedback, notes, and insights into asset design and messaging
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Knowledge
- Proven experience as a Senior Social Producer in a social-first marketing agency
- Significant experience in social editing and posting
- Deep understanding of the importance of audience, strategy and creative in a fast-paced digital environment
- Demonstrated ability to plan content strategies tailored to different social platforms and algorithms
- Strong knowledge of social media formats across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, etc.
- Experience in the entertainment industry
- Understanding of marketing production processes, including creative feedback, asset delivery, and commercial responsibilities
- Strong IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office suite, project tracking tools, and cost management
