Senior Solution Architect (UKG Pro WFM) - UK (Remote) - >£115K + Bonus

A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced UKG Pro WFM specialist to take on a high-impact Solution Architect role within a rapidly growing workforce management practice.

The key requirements are:

• Extensive knowledge of UKG Pro WFM (Time, Scheduling, Accruals, etc.)
• Ability to engage with clients, shape solutions, and contribute to team growth
• Proactive approach and readiness to deliver results

What’s on offer:

• Senior position within a growing practice, with major UKG Pro WFM projects planned
• Opportunity to lead and develop a team
• Combination of delivery, advisory, and solution design responsibilities
• Locations: London or Reading; Bristol, Birmingham, and Manchester are also options
• Hybrid working model: 2 days onsite
• Salary range: approximately £67K to £115K, depending on location and experience
