Our banking client is seeking a Solution Architect with deep expertise in IT Governance, Active Directory Security, and Banking Compliance. This role is pivotal in developing and enforcing governance frameworks that secure Active Directory infrastructure, mitigate risk, and ensure regulatory compliance within a highly regulated banking environment. Acting as a subject matter expert, you will translate technical risks into business solutions, support audits, and drive strategic governance initiatives.

Must Haves:

• 10+ years in IT governance, risk management, or information security

• 3+ years hands-on experience with Active Directory administration, security, and risk management

• 3+ years in the banking or financial services industry

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain governance frameworks, policies, and controls aligned with cybersecurity and banking regulations

• Conduct risk assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and define mitigation strategies

• Collaborate with technical teams and senior stakeholders to implement governance improvements

• Support internal/external audits and regulatory compliance efforts

• Lead governance-related projects with a focus on timely delivery and risk reduction
