Job Responsibilities

  1. Work within IT Service Level Agreements.
  2. Support functions and remain responsive to customer needs, being aware of the business needs and impact on service.
  3. Highlight and escalate issues and risks as appropriate to Service Management leads.
  4. Ensure all technical changes are communicated and managed with appropriate governance.
  5. Identify opportunities for improvement.
  6. Engage with stakeholders effectively.

Qualifications

You will be working in the Service Management Team within Enterprise Cloud Services, collaborating closely with Architects, Product Owners, Analysts, Security, and Supplier Managers. Your role involves supporting Service Owners, instilling industry-standard best practices, and ensuring effective service delivery, including availability, performance, and process maturity across the technical landscape.

This role encompasses IT Service Manager responsibilities for Platform and Product-based delivery, focusing on meeting SLAs and KPIs, and taking accountability for Service Management functions. The primary office location is Telford, with some flexibility and travel to Telford once a month.
