Central Bristol (Hybrid: 4 days onsite, 1 day WFH)

I'm partnered with a leading architectural practice to recruit for a 1st Line Support Engineer, for their Central Bristol studio. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a creative, design-led environment and enjoys delivering high-quality technical support in a collaborative workplace.

This role offers 1 day working from home per week and the chance to be part of a supportive IT team in a company that values innovation, communication, and design excellence.

The Role

You'll provide first line IT support across the Bristol and other UK offices, as well as for remote staff. Working closely with the internal IT team, you'll ensure users have a smooth and secure technical experience, handling everything from desktop builds to AV setups and Office 365 support.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver 1st/2nd line support to users in Bristol and their other locations
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues in coordination with the IT services team
• Log and manage tickets using ITIL-based systems
• Document fixes and maintain internal support records
• Set up and support meeting room AV and remote conferencing tech
• Build and maintain desktops, laptops, iPads, and iPhones
• Manage IT asset inventory and user accounts
• Travel occasionally to other offices if needed

What You’ll Need

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience supporting Windows and iOS environments
• Proficiency in Office 365, Active Directory and Intune
• Knowledge of IT hardware, software and basic networking
• Hands-on experience with service desk/ticketing systems
• ITIL Foundation Certification (preferred)
• A proactive, team-oriented approach with flexibility to adapt to user needs
